Terms of Use

Last updated : 30 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the Nemoris app. By installing and using it, you accept them.

1. Publisher

The Nemoris app is published by Edwin Helet. Contact: ledger-nest@hedwin.fr.

2. Licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on devices associated with your Apple ID, in accordance with these terms and those of the App Store.

Decompiling the app, extracting its source code, redistributing it or selling access to it is not permitted.

3. What the app is

Nemoris is a personal bookkeeping tool. It is not a banking or payment service, not an investment advisory service, and not an accounting or tax service. The analyses, projections, alerts and suggestions it presents are indicative and are no substitute for professional financial advice.

4. Your data and your backups

Your data is stored on your device. Keeping backups is your responsibility. The app offers automatic backups to your iCloud Drive and a manual export; whether they succeed depends on your available storage and your Apple account.

Having no access to any of your data, the publisher cannot restore lost content.

5. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Some features may require a subscription or a one-off purchase. Payments are handled by Apple through the App Store, using the payment method attached to your Apple ID.

A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least twenty-four hours before the end of the current period. Management and cancellation are done from Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

6. External services

Some optional features rely on third-party services (business registers, mapping, market prices, exchange platforms). Their availability, accuracy and terms are outside the publisher's control. Displayed prices and valuations are indicative and may differ from actual values.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the information displayed, nor for data loss resulting from hardware failure, uninstallation or the absence of a backup.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to consumers by French law.

8. Changes to the app

The app evolves. Features may be added, changed or removed. Should a feature essential to an active subscription be withdrawn, a fair resolution will be offered.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction.
