This document describes how the Nemoris app handles data. It is short because the app collects very little: it has no user account, no server and no analytics tooling.
In one sentence. Nemoris runs no server. Your financial data stays in a file on your device, and the only network calls are the ones you trigger, to external services that never receive your amounts.

2. What we do not collect
The app has no account system: there is no sign-up, no email address, no password and no profile identifier. No analytics, behavioural tracking or crash-reporting library is bundled. We therefore receive no usage data, no advertising identifier and no diagnostics.
We operate no application server. There is no remote database holding your transactions.
3. Where your data lives
Everything you enter or import — accounts, transactions, categories, budgets, investments, net worth, shared expenses — is stored in a single SQLite database inside the app's own storage area on your device.
That file can be exported at any time from the app settings. It uses an open, documented format readable by many third-party tools.
4. Optional features that use the network
Some features talk to external services. All of them are optional, off by default or explicitly triggered by you. None of them transmits the amount of your transactions, your account balances, or anything that identifies you.

5. iCloud sync and backups
If you enable sync, your data is replicated between your devices through your own iCloud, end-to-end encrypted. The decryption keys live in your iCloud keychain: neither Apple nor the publisher can read the synchronised content. This feature is off by default.
Automatic backups place a dated copy of your database in your iCloud Drive, keeping the thirty most recent versions. Those files fall under your Apple account and its terms.
6. Third-party service credentials
If you connect a cryptocurrency wallet or an exchange account, the read-only keys you provide are stored in the system's secure keychain, on the device only, without iCloud sync. They are never transmitted to the publisher. Requests go straight from your device to the service concerned.
7. In-app purchases
Subscriptions and one-off purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. The publisher receives neither your payment details nor your Apple ID. We only see whether a licence is active on the device.
8. The website waiting list
If you enter your email address on this site, it is stored along with the page language and the sign-up date, in a database hosted by Cloudflare and administered by the publisher. It is used solely to tell you when the trial opens and again at launch, and is shared with nobody. A deletion request sent to ledger-nest@hedwin.fr is handled promptly.
This site sets no cookies and loads no external resources: no remote fonts, no analytics script, no embedded content.
9. Your rights
The General Data Protection Regulation gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection. For data held in the app, you exercise those rights directly: the data is on your device, and you can view, change, export or delete it without involving us. For the waiting list, write to us.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
10. Children
The app is not intended for people under thirteen and does not knowingly collect any data about them.
11. Changes
This document may change as the app evolves. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page. Any substantial change in how data is handled would be signalled in the app.
